Job Description

As a Security Officer Experienced Unarmed Patrol Detail in Tempe, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report observations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping maintain orderly entry and exit at the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and promptly notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and daily activity logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security-related supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
