Job summary

Comstock is hiring a Security Officer for ParkX Management in Maryland. The role covers on-site patrols, guest/tenant/vendor access control, and maintaining a safe, clean environment for residents and guests.

You will enforce rules, report safety issues, and assist during events at Reston and Reston Station. The position requires a High School Diploma, Virginia security officer certification, and at least 1 year in customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be certified as a security officer by the state of Virginia.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-service related field.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Flexibility to work after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete hourly patrols of the property using the security system.
• Control access for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Maintain safety and order; report safety concerns to management.
• Issue banning notices to rule violators and keep records.
• Assist Marketing during events at Reston and Reston Station offices.
