Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Perimeter Patrol in Denver, CO. You will serve clients across various industries, patrol perimeters, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and security standards.

The position is full-time with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour and a daytime/nighttime schedule. You’ll join a team that emphasizes a caring culture, teamwork, and integrity across shifts.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• A drug screen will be required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors via site procedures and emergency response as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential areas, parking, exteriors, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe entry/exit per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and resident concerns calmly; document observations and actions.
• Report maintenance concerns and suspicious activity to site contacts and supervision.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Perimeter Patrol in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents and guests with exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe entry and exit activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions taken.
• Report maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
