Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a Corporate Facility in Denver, CO. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support a welcoming environment, and deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and team members.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a pay rate of $21.94 per hour. You will respond to incidents and document patrol activities while upholding site procedures with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be performed in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, observations, and maintenance-related concerns in logs and reports.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, observations, and/or maintenance-related concerns in required logs and reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
