Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer for a corporate facility in Denver, CO. The role involves patrolling, access control, and customer service for tenants and visitors.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors at a commercial real estate location following site policies.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking, and perimeter areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor property access and verify visitor/contractor authorization per procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms, following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and maintenance concerns in logs and reports.

As a Security Officer Corporate Facility in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $21.94 / Hour

• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, observations, and/or maintenance-related concerns in required logs and reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
