Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting unusual conditions and security-related incidents according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and contact appropriate personnel or emergency responders as directed.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

As a Security Officer Full Time Vehicle Patrol in Colorado Springs, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and uphold Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, care, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $20.09 / Hour

• Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
