Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• A drug screen will be required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking facility interiors, exterior areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain orderly operations at the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency services as directed by site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for patrols, incidents, and security-related observations.

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
