Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Operations in Seymour, IN. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas at an automotive manufacturing site, provide excellent customer service, and help deter security incidents through visible presence.

Position is full-time with a daytime schedule and a pay rate of $13.75 per hour. Responsibilities include reporting, access control, incident response, and maintaining site procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports, logs, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
