Qualifications include a valid driver\'s license, high school diploma or equivalent, and strong customer service skills; CPR/guard card or license are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and employees by following site procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in retail areas, parking structures, and perimeters and report hazards.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate personnel or emergency services as directed.
• Observe activity at entrances/exits and document incidents and daily activities.
• Maintain a welcoming environment by assisting with directions and communicating professionally with management and staff.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a premier retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

• Tue 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM
• Wed 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM
• Thur 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM
• Fri 07:30 AM - 04:0 PM
• Sat 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, parking structures, exterior walkways, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or public emergency services as directed by site procedures.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and assigned areas; observe visitor and vehicle activity; and document incidents, observations, and daily activities through clear written reports.
• Help maintain a welcoming retail environment by providing directions, assisting with lost-property procedures, and communicating professionally with onsite management, tenants, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
