Allied Universal seeks a part-time Security Officer (Unarmed) in Du Quoin, IL. You will patrol manufacturing areas, monitor access points, and provide customer service to employees and visitors, helping deter incidents and ensure a safe environment.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, office spaces, parking areas, entry points, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and assist with visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following site emergency protocols.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, communicating with site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, office spaces, parking areas, entry points, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and assist with visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response protocols.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
