Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while following site procedures and emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of industrial buildings, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials, greeting authorized visitors, and documenting arrivals and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document actions taken.
• Complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of industrial buildings, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, greeting authorized visitors, and documenting arrivals, departures, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while maintaining awareness of site operations and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
