Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer in Allen, TX to provide customer service and security for clients in various environments. You will conduct patrols, monitor access, and report incidents while ensuring a safe, orderly setting in line with site procedures.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, a responsive team, and opportunities to engage with the Claim a Shift platform to explore shifts. Prior security or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, tenants, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail and mall common areas, storefronts, parking areas, delivery zones, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and visitor activity, and help maintain an orderly environment in accordance with site procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Pay Rate: $19.10 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
