Allied Universal is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer for a patrol role in Allen, TX. You will monitor entrances, provide visitor and tenant support, and respond to incidents with a customer‑focused approach.

You will perform unarmed patrols across retail areas, maintain a visible presence to deter security incidents, and use tablets/computers for daily operations while communicating professionally with guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail and mall areas, including entrances, common areas, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to help deter unauthorized entry, theft-related activity, and other security-related concerns.
• Maintain a professional presence while assisting with directions, responding to customer questions, and communicating relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Pay Rate: $19.10 / Hour

• Tue: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wed: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Thur: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:
