Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures and policies at a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security‑related procedures and policies at a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
