As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide professional customer service, communicate observations, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, teamwork, and reliability.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a food and beverage production or distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors and vendors, and documenting entries, exits, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and communicating with appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate reports, activity logs, and incident documentation, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and policy violations to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
