What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and reports of activities, incidents, and/or observations.
• Communicate security-related concerns promptly to site leadership and Allied Universal management, while maintaining a professional presence and supporting a positive workplace environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
