Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials and processing visits and entries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and coordinate with site contacts and responders as directed.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking areas, and perimeter and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts.
• Document daily activities and access-control exceptions per Allied Universal reporting procedures.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.


• Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location by verifying credentials, processing visitor and contractor entry, and maintaining required access records.


• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.


• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts.


• Document daily activities, incidents, and access-control exceptions in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.


• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Access control or badge experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
