Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors per site procedures.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials, processing entry, and maintaining access records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, notifying site contacts and responders as directed.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to identify risks.
• Document daily activities and access-control exceptions per procedures.

• Thur: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Fri: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location by verifying credentials, processing visitor and contractor entry, and maintaining required access records.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and access-control exceptions in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
