• Provide customer service to clients at a technology and data infrastructure location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor dispatch communications, prioritize calls, and coordinate on-site personnel responses to routine requests, incidents, alarms and critical situations.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift communications per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalations following directions to site contacts or emergency services.
• Conduct regular patrols around the business and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and deterring unauthorized activity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a technology and data infrastructure location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive and prioritize calls, and coordinate the response of on-site personnel to routine requests, incidents, alarms, and critical situations.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, activity records, and shift communications in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
