Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.

Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities appropriate to a financial services location.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and communications systems; document activity and dispatch appropriate personnel in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining timely communication with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift records while protecting confidential information.
• Support access control and visitor management processes and report unusual activity to designated site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
