Job summary

The Global Ambassador is seeking a security officer to patrol hotel premises, respond to incidents, monitor access points, and enforce hotel policies in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to stand for long shifts, and reliable teamwork. We value professionalism, de-escalation skills, and a commitment to safety while upholding guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, reporting, and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and work varied shifts.
• De-escalation, self-defense, and restraint tactics are a plus.
• Professional appearance and integrity are crucial.
• Previous security experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Knowledge of incident response protocols is a plus.
• Must be able to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 4:30PM-12:30AM.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises and respond to incidents and requests.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and access points.
• Enforce hotel policies, maintain order, and address disturbances.
• Respond to and document accidents, safety hazards, and security breaches.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests.
• Investigate suspicious activity and trespassing.
• Cooperate with local authorities regarding security matters.
• Perform security checks and maintain records.
