Job summary

The Global Ambassador in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a security professional to protect guests and property in a boutique, hospitality-focused environment. You will patrol, monitor access, respond to incidents, and help maintain a safe experience for guests and team members.

This role requires strong communication, incident response knowledge, and the ability to stand for long periods on varied shifts. Prior hospitality security experience is preferred; de-escalation and restraint skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises and respond to incidents and requests.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and access points.
• Enforce hotel policies, maintain order, and address disturbances.
• Respond to and document accidents, safety hazards, and security breaches.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests.
• Investigate suspicious activity and trespassing.
• Cooperate with local authorities regarding security matters.
• Perform security checks and maintain records.
