Qualifications

• 1+ year front desk or guest service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Basic computer proficiency with hotel or reservation software.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn, train on, and apply Forbes Five-Star Service Standards.
• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to guests.
• Welcome guests on arrival and assist throughout their stay.
• Manage check-in and check-out accurately and maintain guest information.
• Monitor occupancy levels and suggest room upgrades when appropriate.
• Assist guests with transportation, restaurant reservations, and activities.

What You’ll Do

As aFront Desk Agent, youmakethe first and last impression of the guest experience, setting the tone for every stay. This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to delivering service that meets Forbes Five Star standards.

• Learn, train-on, and develop a thorough understanding of Forbes Five-Star Service Standards
• Serve as a key contributor to exceptional guest experiences by delivering warm, attentive, and personalized service
• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide support throughout their stay, ensuring comfort and satisfaction
• Manage check-in and check-out processes accurately while maintaining up-to-date guest information
• Monitor occupancy levels and proactively recommend room upgrades when appropriate
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and on-or off-site activities
• Offer thoughtful, personalized recommendations based on guest interests and preferences
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, resolving concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Comfortable with candid & open direction and ability to act upon feedback, while keeping guest and employee experience top of mind
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor

Qualifications
