The Global Ambassador in Phoenix invites applications for a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and provide Forbes Five-Star service that sets the tone for every stay.

You will handle reservations, offer personalized recommendations, assist with transportation, and collaborate with a passionate team to create memorable experiences while upholding safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of front desk or guest service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with hotel or reservation software.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at check-in and check-out with Forbes Five Star standards.
• Learn Forbes Five-Star Service Standards and apply them daily.
• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized guest service.
• Coordinate transportation, restaurant reservations, and activities.

What You’ll Do

• As a Front Desk Agent, you make the first and last impression of the guest experience, setting the tone for every stay. This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to delivering service that meets Forbes Five Star standards.
• Learn, train-on, and develop a thorough understanding of Forbes Five-Star Service Standards
• Serve as a key contributor to exceptional guest experiences by delivering warm, attentive, and personalized service
• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide support throughout their stay, ensuring comfort and satisfaction
• Manage check-in and check-out processes accurately while maintaining up-to-date guest information
• Monitor occupancy levels and proactively recommend room upgrades when appropriate
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and on-or off-site activities
• Offer thoughtful, personalized recommendations based on guest interests and preferences
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, resolving concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Comfortable with candid & open direction and ability to act upon feedback, while keeping guest and employee experience top of mind
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
