Job Description

As a Security Officer - Operations Concierge in Mesa, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a dynamic data center location, you will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and help maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and critical operations. What You\'ll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology infrastructure location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of data center buildings, access points, parking areas, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.


• Monitor access control points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, escalating access concerns and incidents to appropriate personnel.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established reporting and escalation protocols.


• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver\'s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• A guard card or license is preferred.


• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver\'s license will be required for driving positions only.
