As a Security Officer - Experienced Concierge in Mesa, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report observations in accordance with site procedures. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and policies at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions, unauthorized access attempts, and security‑related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
