Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a Medical Facility in Chino Hills, CA. This part-time role focuses on safeguarding patients, visitors and staff while patrolling healthcare environments and maintaining access control and safety protocols.

The position offers a part-time schedule with pay of $25.00 per hour, and requires a valid Guard Card/licence where applicable, background screening, and adherence to site policies. Training and career growth opportunities are available.

Formación

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents, calls for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Assist with access control activities, visitor direction, and monitoring of restricted areas in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.

What You'll Do:
