Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for Part Time Hospital Patrol Driver Emergency Response in Mission Viejo, CA. You will serve patients, visitors, and staff, conduct patrols, and respond to incidents in a healthcare setting, maintaining safety and visibility throughout shifts.

The role offers overnight, part-time hours with a $25.00 per hour pay rate, the chance to work within a large, service‑driven security team, and opportunities to grow through our training and shift-claim

Qualificações

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Possess at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, behavioral concerns, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as assigned, and help maintain an orderly environment for patients and visitors.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports on incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

What You'll Do:
