Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management by following site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, common areas, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeters to identify and report security concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general property information, report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation and communicate observations to leadership and representatives.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Response in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general property information, and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicating relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and property representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
