Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol CPR Readiness in Dallas, TX. This role involves patrolling, monitoring access points, and delivering outstanding customer service to clients and visitors.

You will support site access control, respond to incidents, and work as part of a team dedicated to safety and integrity in a dynamic workplace.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions, policy concerns, or maintenance issues.
• Monitor access points and observe activity at the location, reporting unauthorized access attempts or suspicious behavior according to site procedures.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol CPR Readiness in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a dynamic workplace location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will support access control, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to employees and visitors. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule

DayTime Thur 11:00 PM - 05:00 AM
Fri 10:00 PM - 05:00 AM
Sat 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM
Sun 05:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
