Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Experience in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate professionally with visitors and staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property, building areas, parking facilities, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
