Job summary

Responsibilities

• Safety & Patrols: monitor interior and exterior areas by foot or vehicle, stay alert to irregularities.
• Guest & Team Member Support: respond professionally to concerns and provide calm, courteous service.
• Gaming & Incident Reporting: document incidents and ensure accurate daily reporting.
• Dispatch & Emergency Coordination: communicate via phone and radio, coordinate with responders, assist in evacuations.
• Ongoing Training & Certification: maintain required certifications (CPR/AED, first aid, defensive tactics).
