Job summary

Detroit, Michigan – MGM Resorts International seeks Security Officers to patrol and monitor the property while delivering outstanding service to guests and staff, prioritizing safety and satisfaction. This essential role includes responding to emergencies and handling drops/transactions.

One year of prior relevant customer service experience.
Previous casino security experience preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Able to work a varied shift to include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Patrol and monitor all areas of the property.
Provide excellent guest service to guests and employees.
Act as a First Responder in emergency situations.
Perform gaming drops/transactions, including carrying drop boxes and chip carriers.
Resolves complaints and issues involving both guests and employees.
Responds to emergencies as needed.
