Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Security Officer at the National Harbor, MD location. You will patrol property, monitor cameras, and respond to emergencies to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members.

Responsibilities include managing incidents, reporting, dispatching during emergencies, and maintaining required certifications. Flexible 10-hour grave shifts apply, with multiple benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Patrols: monitor interior and exterior areas by foot, bike, or vehicle and observe for irregularities.
• Guest & Team Member Support: respond professionally to concerns; act as a first responder when required and report incidents.
• Gaming & Incident Reporting: handle secure gaming transactions and detailed daily reports of activity and incidents.
• Dispatch & Emergency Coordination: manage communications, coordinate with responders, and lead evacuations when needed.
• Ongoing Training & Certification: maintain required certifications including CPR/AED and first aid.
