Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Inspection Control in Gluckstadt, MS for a full-time position. You will monitor access points, screen people and materials, and deliver professional customer service while maintaining a secure environment.

Respond to incidents calmly, conduct patrols around the client site, and support loss prevention efforts. A high school diploma is required; background checks and a drug screen will be conducted as required by law.

As a Security Officer Inspection Control in Gluckstadt, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Screener, you will help maintain a secure environment by monitoring access points, screening people and/or materials, and reporting unusual activity. You will use computer or tablet systems, support loss-prevention efforts, respond to alarm‑panel activity, and provide professional customer service. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
