What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to utility-location personnel and visitors by carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor communications, alarms, and incoming reports; dispatch appropriate personnel and/or resources according to established site protocols.
• Receive, document, and relay information regarding incidents, service requests, access concerns, and critical situations using radios, phones, and dispatch systems.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to designated contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, activity reports, and related records while supporting security-related operations at the location.

Minimum Requirements

• Supervisory experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
