Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Dispatch Operations Driver in Sparks, NV to protect clients across utilities and other sectors. You will coordinate communications, monitor activity, document incidents, and support response efforts while delivering exceptional customer service as part of a dependable team.

This full-time role offers a pay rate of $29.00 per hour. You will follow site policies, maintain dispatch logs, conduct patrols, and escalate incidents per procedures.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is required.
• Background investigation and drug screen are part of employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by following site policies and security procedures.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document service calls, and coordinate routing of security personnel and resources.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and according to escalation procedures.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift communications per site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around facilities and perimeters as assigned.

• Mon: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Tue: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Wed: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to utility location personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document calls for service, and coordinate the timely routing of security-related personnel and resources.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification procedures.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, activity records, and shift communications in accordance with site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around utility facilities and perimeter areas as assigned; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Supervisory experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
