Allied Universal in Sparks, NV is hiring a Security Officer Part Time Dispatch Driver to serve clients across utilities and other sectors, coordinating communications and monitoring activity while supporting access control. This role offers flexible scheduling with day/evening shifts and the chance to advance through our Claim a Shift platform.

Pay rate is $27.00 per hour. A valid driver’s license, ability to lift 20 lbs, background check, and age requirements apply.

Qualificações

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws.

• Receive, document, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns to appropriate personnel and emergency responders.
• Monitor communication systems, alarm activity, access-related systems, and site conditions; maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and dispatch records.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating timely information to site leadership and relevant responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Part Time Dispatch Driver in Sparks, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
