Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to complete TCI training and certification within 6 months of start date.
• Physical capacity to stand/walk for long periods and assist with lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and investigate routine complaints from patients, parents, visitors and employees.
• Direct traffic and control parking, escort individuals, and ensure proper badge access within Cincinnati Children's.
• Patrol buildings/grounds, identify safety hazards, and report code violations per Joint Commission, OSHA, NFPA guidelines.
• Manage visitor access and enforce approved visitor policies.
