Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to complete TCI training and receive TCI certification within 6 months of your employment start date.
• Physical strength, stamina, agility, and coordination to perform required tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to, investigate, and solve routine complaints reported by patients, parents, visitors, and employees.
• Direct traffic within the campus, control parking, and escort individuals as needed; assist clinical staff with patient restraint when required.
• Patrol buildings and grounds to ensure security, badge verification, and report hazards per safety codes and policies.
• Ensure visitor management and enforce visitation policies, providing access control as needed.
