Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Hospital Patrol in Ventura, CA. You will provide unarmed patrols, assist hospital operations, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and security in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, patrolling buildings and parking areas, monitoring access, and preparing incident reports. Eligible candidates should have at least 1 year of security experience and be able to meet hospital

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be willing to receive required hospital vaccinations.
• Must be willing to work in/around a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals as needed.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as requested, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to site leadership.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, maintain required logs, and communicate relevant information with hospital staff and Allied Universal supervision.

What You'll Do:
