Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM
• Tue: 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM
• Wed: 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM
• Thur: 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a government healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and facility information, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and daily activity logs, and communicate observations with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
