Qualifications

• Hospital vaccination requirements must be met.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facility buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with directions and maintaining awareness of authorized access requirements.
• Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation; communicate observations and concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

• Tue: 09:00 PM - 08:00 AM
• Wed: 09:00 PM - 08:00 AM
• Thur: 09:00 PM - 08:00 AM
