As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Tempe, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Professional at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare-related pharmaceutical location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and restricted areas to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, or facility hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
