As an Armed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will respond to concerns, communicate professionally, and provide exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $20.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare services location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Maintain a professional armed presence while monitoring access points, visitor activity, and restricted areas.
• Carry authorized equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• Experience using handcuffs, pepper spray, and/or batons is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
