You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide courteous customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, patient care areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening, directions, and access-control procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with Allied Universal leadership, facility staff, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
