Job summary

Allied Universal in Warsaw, IN is seeking a Security Officer Mobile Driver to serve healthcare and other clients. This unarmed driving role combines customer service with security duties, requiring a valid driver’s license and reliable communication in a healthcare setting.

You will patrol, monitor access, complete reports, and coordinate with site leadership while using tablet systems. This Full Time position offers shift hours and opportunities for training, growth, and benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, patients, and contractors while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, and entrances.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report issues to site leadership.
• Complete activity reports and logs per Allied Universal requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, patients, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to site leadership.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and daily logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
