Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – HOA Patrol in Diamond Bar, CA. This part-time role offers flexible hours with fixed anchor shifts and the ability to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $21.00 per hour. Responsibilities include resident service, access control, patrols, incident response, and reporting. A valid driver's license and high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks consistent with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed vehicle and/or foot patrols throughout residential streets, common areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and vendor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor, incident, and patrol documentation.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed.
• Communicate professionally with residents, guests, property staff, and law enforcement personnel while supporting a welcoming residential environment.

As a Security Officer HOA Patrol in Diamond Bar, CA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by pick‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
