Job summary

Allied Universal in Diamond Bar, CA is hiring a Security Officer HOA Foot Patrol to safeguard residents and guests while patrolling community areas. You will provide courteous customer service, observe, report incidents, and follow community policies and emergency procedures in a fast-paced residential setting.

The role is full time and hourly, with shifts including nights and weekends. A HS diploma is required, and you must pass a background check and drug screen consistent with applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures, community policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, streets, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe resident and visitor activity in accordance with community guidelines; report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying emergency services and/or site contacts as directed.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information during shift handoffs.

As a Security Officer HOA Foot Patrol in Diamond Bar, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer supporting a residential community, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide courteous customer service to residents and guests. You will communicate observations, respond to concerns, and support a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, and caring approach.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
