Allied Universal in Orange, CA is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver for residential locations. This full-time, mix-shift role involves patrolling assigned areas, assisting residents and guests, and maintaining a visible, approachable security presence. Pay rate is $21.00 per hour.

Schedule includes Day Time and night shifts across Mon-Sun, with overtime potential. Required: valid driver’s license and at least 6 months security experience; high school diploma or equivalent; background

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and community amenities to help support authorized entry and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues.
• Complete incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation while providing a professional presence within the residential location.

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Residential in Orange, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a residential location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support residents and guests with outstanding customer service and communication. What You’ll Do:

• A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
